1. Service-Based Policy

LAM GLOBAL ENTERPRISE LLC professional consulting aur management services provide karta hai. Kyunki humari services "knowledge-based" aur "customized" hoti hain, isliye generally hum 100% refund offer nahi karte hain jab kaam shuru ho jata hai.

2. Refund Eligibility

Aap refund ke liye tabhi eligible hote hain agar:

  • Service abhi tak shuru (initiate) nahi hui hai.
  • Humari taraf se service delivery mein koi technical error hui ho.
  • Aapne payment ke 24 ghante ke andar cancellation request dali ho.

3. Cancellation Process

Agar aap kisi service ya subscription ko cancel karna chahte hain, toh aapko support@lamglobalenterprise.com par email bhejna hoga. Humari team 3-5 business days mein aapki request review karegi.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Government filing fees, state taxes, aur third-party processing fees jo humne aapke behalf par pay kar di hain, wo kisi bhi halat mein refundable nahi hongi.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds ko aapke original payment method par credit hone mein 7-10 business days ka samay lag sakta hai, jo aapke bank ke process par depend karta hai.
